So far, it looks pretty easy to work with and I am impressed with the functionality. Customer support seems very good and the short videos are very helpful. Still working on the implementation. Was able to import my clients on my own with the help of the tutorials! Even better, I was able to easily edit the information when it came over differently than I had thought. Looking forward to working with this system on a daily basis.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? The only thing that I think needs imporvement is the billing.

TaxDome is very simple for our clients to use and understand. We have tried other portals, but they seemed to create more confusion than anything for our clients to upload their documents and view items we submit to them. I also like that it is secure. We have not had any issues in the past two years of using TaxDome with data breaches. The portal is clean and nice looking simple to navigate. The apps for the client and the firm also add convenience when you are on the go. I often as a firm owner find myself using the app to answer questions and do uploads quickly when not in front of my computer.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? TaxDome on the business side for the firm will require a learning curve. We have been using it for two years and still have not accessed to all the portal's features. They do have many videos and support for firm owners to use to get set up.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? The main reason we use TaxDome is because it is a safe and secure way to gather and exchange documents between our firm and our clients that is simple to use and understand for our clients. Tax organizers and questionnaires are not something that our clients enjoy coming into our office to fill out so being able to do that virtually is convenient for our clients.

I loved the onboarding with TaxDome and the support I received during the implementation. I didn't feel rushed, I was able to schedule additional one on one meetings, and all my questions were answered. Everyone from TD I spoke or chatted with was very personable. Since signing up for DT, I build one pipeline and started working on another one. I love the webinars, in which other users talk about how they use TD in their firms. Makes me think about all the various way i could use TD to automate my biz.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? Although it can be a lot in the beginning to get it set up, the implementaton calls help to get you going. I liked having had my hand held to get it started.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? I love the automation options. I'm all about saving time and not having to re-invent the wheel, so I love everything I can copy form the Template library and tweek to make it work for my firm.

I love taxdome. It's very user friendly and the secured site has helped my tax business. My clientele is very pleased knowing their info is secured in a portal versus sending a password protected email. My clientele are pleased with being able to upload and access all their docs and the fact I can communicate with them via portal and I can upload all their finished products.

The price is reasonable for everything you can utilize. The best highlight to me at this time is the ability for clients to sign documents and we can send sensitive information back and forth securely. It does offer a ton of different abilities that will help as my client list increases.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? It's a little overwhelming at the start. I wish you could not show items you are not currently using in the client's screen like billing as I am not ready to implement that and clients might be a little confused

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? I needed a way to have clients load their documents electronically and send to me securely. I also needed a way for clients to sign documents for me electronically. This takes care of both these needs and allows me to be more efficient.

I am impressed by the multitude of features and flexibility of TaxDome. My primary objective was to make it as easy as possible for my clients to work with me. TaxDome enabled me to achieve that, as well as improving the efficiency of busness operations on a daily basis.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? There's a bit of a learning curve, but Dominque of the Customer Success team has been a tremendous help with overcoming that via several free implementation sessions.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? TaxDome enabled me to customize tax organizers so that clients are only asked to provide responses to questions that are relevant to them, unlike the lengthy generic PDF organizers I used in the past.

I really like how easy it is to use TaxDome. I have several clients that range on their experience with tech. My clients don't seem to have issues making payments or uploading their documents. Customer service is great. Anytime I need anything I can quickly get a hold of someone.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? I don't have much to say here. I've used different products. TaxDome is by far superior than the products I've used in the past.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? I really like that that text him continues to evolve and improve their products. I was very excited to see the ability to request transcripts from the application.

I like the chat availablity and the organization tools for me to take care of clients more effectively and efficiently.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? I haven't found any downsides yet, besides the cost could be better for a team.

TaxDome seemlessly integrates and organizes all needed features as a practioner into one application. Keeping track of jobs, sending documents for signature and collecting payments all from one portal makes everything easier for myself and my clients.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? So far no major downsides. TaxDome is continually improveing the platform based on user's most requested needs.

By having everything a practice needs in a simple to use program, it enables practioners like myself the ability to perform my job more effienctly which leads to a better customer experience.

The automations are amazing. It is the main reason I chose to go with Taxdome. The fact that it integrates with my tax software is a big plus as well. The customized portal site is a good pro as well. There are so many apps that can be integrated that it's really a one stop shop for any tax company.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? The only thing I dislike about TaxDome is that you have to pay your license in full upfront. But hey, at least I don' t have to worry about it for a while.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? it is not possible to chang you currency base as soon as you have created a TaxDome instance. I have created an account with the wrong currency, EUR instead of CHF. The solution was, that the TaxDome support has deleted my old account and created a new one. I am at the moment also not sure, how I can use the bill functionality if I want to use two currencies, e.g. CHF and EUR.
