How can I install the Windows desktop app on my computer?

To get the app on your computer, you can use the provided link to upload it: https://files.taxdome.com/Windows+App/TaxDome_Setup.exe. Alternatively, you can access the portal, open settings, and click on the link in the Download Windows App section. Save the application as an .EXE file to your preferred folder.

Can I work offline in the desktop app?

Absolutely! You can access and work offline in the TaxDome Windows app without losing any data. All the changes you make will sync automatically.

Can I access my files from the web if I uploaded them through TaxDome Drive?

Yes, all files are stored in the cloud and you can access them from anywhere, at any time.

Can I edit my client files directly from Windows Explorer?

TaxDome Drive allows you to edit documents directly from Windows Explorer with any third-party applications you use on your computer. If you open a file in TaxDome Drive and make changes, the file will automatically update in the client’s account profile. You don’t need to download a file, make changes and upload it again.
