How is the branded app different from the standard TaxDome app?

The functionality is identical — your clients get the same powerful features they already love. The difference is brand ownership: your logo, colors, and firm name throughout the entire experience, plus your own listing in app stores.

What brand assets do you need from us?

We’ll need some information from you to customize the app. 

Please submit your answers in the form above, or via this link. Fill in as much as you can — don’t worry if you’re missing something, we’ll help you finalize it.

  1. Your app identity (App Store and Google Play):
  • What should your app be called? (This name will appear in the App Store and Google Play.)
  • Provide a short description for your app (this will be displayed under your app’s name in the stores).
  • Upload your app icon (1024×1024, PNG or SVG).
  • Share up to 6 screenshots you’d like us to use. (If you don’t have any, no problem — we can create them for you.)

2.  Brand guidelines (in-app look and feel)

  • Do you have a brand guide, logo, fonts, or color palette? Please upload or link to whatever you have — we’ll take it from there.

How long does it take to get my branded app live?

Most apps are live in both app stores within 4-6 weeks from when we receive your brand assets. We handle everything: development, app store submissions, and approval processes.

Will my existing clients automatically get the new app?

Your portal will automatically direct clients to download your branded app instead of the generic TaxDome app. We’ll help you communicate the transition to existing clients seamlessly.

Do you handle app store management and updates?

Completely. We manage all App Store and Google Play submissions, updates, compliance, and technical maintenance. You focus on your clients, we handle the technology.

Can clients still access our portal through the web?

Absolutely. The branded app complements your existing web portal — clients can use whichever method they prefer.
