What is CPACharge, and how does it integrate with TaxDome?

CPACharge is a payment solution designed for professionals, enabling secure credit card and ACH transactions. Integrating CPACharge with TaxDome allows firms to accept payments directly through the TaxDome platform, streamlining billing and payment processes.

Can I create invoices within TaxDome and accept payments?

Definitely. You can create invoices inside TaxDome and accept payments as well. By integrating CPACharge, you can accept payments via credit cards or ACH. TaxDome also integrates with QuickBooks Online. When you create an invoice, it will automatically flow to QuickBooks Online and as soon as it is paid, the invoice will be automatically updated. In addition, your clients will be able to pay through their portal.

Is it possible to use both CPACharge and Stripe with TaxDome?

Absolutely. You can connect both payment processors to TaxDome. Choose one as the default provider, but have the flexibility to switch between them as needed.

Are there additional fees to invoice and receive payments to clients?

No, TaxDome does not charge any fees. You have unlimited contacts, clients, signatures, storage, and bills. 

 

However, for all new CPACharge accounts created via TaxDome, the $10/month fee is waived.

Is the payment process secure for my clients?

Yes. Both TaxDome and CPACharge prioritize security. CPACharge is PCI Level 1 compliant, and TaxDome employs industry-standard security measures, including SOC 2 Type II certification.

Can I process credit cards manually over the phone or in the office?

Yes, you can manually enter credit card details for a transaction.

Can clients make prepayments?

Yes, clients can make prepayments at any time via a button on their client portal.
