How does the referral program work?

Your unique referral link takes your referrals to an offer page where they can learn more about TaxDome and start a trial.

If the referral link was shared by a firm owner: once the referred prospect becomes a customer, your firm will receive a license extension of 1 seat-month.
If the referral link was shared by a team member: once the referred prospect becomes a customer, that team member will receive a $100 Amazon gift card.

How does my referral link work?

Your link is unique to you. Every time someone clicks on it and visits the TaxDome website, we know that this person used your link.

When they sign up or start a trial, we know who we owe a reward.

To track your referrals, click on Refer & earn in the left menu in TaxDome to see how many referrals clicked on your links, started a trial, or purchased a subscription.

Who can sign up from my referral link?

Any firm that is not currently using TaxDome. Here’s more on our Partner Program Agreement.

How and when do I get my reward?

Once your referral becomes a paying TaxDome customer, the user-months will be automatically added to your license.

Note that this process may take up to two weeks. If you still haven’t received your reward, [email protected].
