Wiki pages in TaxDome let you create internal SOPs (standard operating procedures), checklists, training docs, FAQs, or client-facing instructions — all stored and accessible in one centralized location.

How many wiki pages can I create for my firm?

You can create as many pages as you want. You can build your own library tailored to your business needs and integrate the wikis into various parts of your workflows.

Can I attach wiki pages to jobs or tasks?

Sure, you can link wiki pages to job templates or specific tasks, making it easy for team members to follow consistent procedures as they work.

What elements can I add to wiki pages?

You can include everything you’d expect from a text editor: formatting, URLs, embedded videos, screenshots, bullets, numbered lists, and more.

Can I edit wiki pages?

Of course, you can edit, unpublish, or delete any wiki page at any time. Keep in mind that unpublished pages are removed from all jobs and automations to which they’ve been added.

What if I deleted a page by mistake?

All deleted wiki pages are stored in the trash for 120 days. You can view them there, and permanently delete or restore them if needed. However, please note that any invoices or tasks linked to them won’t be restored.

Can I share wiki pages with clients?

Yes. You can enable viewer access to specific wiki pages, making it easy to securely share onboarding instructions, pricing details, tax deadlines, or firm policies with clients.

Can I track updates or changes to a wiki page?
