Can I add an extra user to my Essentials license?

No, the Essentials plan is for a single user. However, you can upgrade to the Pro plan anytime to add as many users as needed. The cost will be prorated for the remainder of your subscription.

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Sure! You can upgrade your plan whenever needed. A prorated amount will be charged for the remainder of your subscription.

Can I add seasonal employees?

Yes, but only on the Pro plan. You can purchase monthly licenses for seasonal employees.

Keep in mind that upgrading to the Business plan will convert all monthly licenses to annual licenses, and the pricing difference will be charged.

Can I try both the Business and Pro plans before deciding?

When you start your TaxDome trial, you’ll have 14 days on the Business plan to experience all its features. You can downgrade to the Pro or Essentials plan at any time during the trial.

What happens after my trial ends?

After your trial ends, you’ll be charged for the same subscription plan you used during the trial. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time, and the changes will take effect immediately within the current billing cycle.

Does the updated pricing affect existing users?

All existing firms created before Jan 1, 2025, are not affected by updated pricing until June 1, 2025. All active firms have a chance to upgrade to a multiyear plan or add licenses with prior pricing before that date.
