An active client is someone genuinely working with your firm through TaxDome, not just a name on your list. Any activity in the past 12 months counts, such as logging in, uploading documents, sending messages, or receiving an invoice. Importing your client list is free and unlimited, and contacts without activity cost nothing. Each client account counts on its own. If one person has a personal return and a partnership return, they count as two active clients.
Pricing starts at 150 active clients, which is €1,500 a year, or about €0.83 per client a month. That minimum applies even if you have fewer than 150 active clients.
Clients beyond 150 are priced in volume bands, from €15.00 each on their own down to €4.50 each in the largest band. We automatically apply the lowest total for your size, so larger firms pay less per client on average. For example:

Every firm gets 20 seats with no per-seat charges, so adding staff doesn’t change your price. If you need more than 20 seats, Custom pricing includes unlimited seats.

That’s what Custom pricing is for. You pay one rate per active client with unlimited seats. It includes a dedicated account manager and extended API access (coming soon). Pricing is built around your firm, so talk to sales for a quote.
Nothing changes for you today. Current customers keep their plan and price until their first renewal on or after January 1, when they move to the new pricing. We’ll share the details well before your renewal, and your account team can walk you through them.
