Frequently asked questions

Can I add an extra user to my Essentials license?

No, the Essentials plan is for a single user. However, you can upgrade to the Pro plan anytime to add as many users as needed. The cost will be prorated for the remainder of your subscription.

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Sure! You can upgrade your plan whenever needed. A prorated amount will be charged for the remainder of your subscription.

Can I add seasonal employees?

Yes, but only on the Pro plan. You can purchase monthly seats for seasonal employees.

Keep in mind that upgrading to the Business plan will convert all monthly seats to annual seats, and the pricing difference will be charged.

Does the updated pricing affect existing users?

All existing firms created before Jan 1, 2025, are not affected by updated pricing until June 1, 2025. All active firms have a chance to upgrade to a multiyear plan or add seats with prior pricing before that date.
