How can I access the activity feed?

You can access the activity feed in your portal through the left-hand menu.

What information can I see in the activity feed?

The activity feed provides a date- and time-stamped record of the history and details of all interactions with documents, organizers, tasks, engagement letters and more. In particular, the user’s name and email, client and server times, the changes that were made, the user’s IP address, and more.

Who can view the activity feed?

Firm owners and admins have access to the Activity feed by default. If you want other team members to access the activity feed, enable the ‘View activity feed’ access right for them. Please note that no events can be deleted by anyone.
