Taxdome is customizable and streamlines so many time consuming tasks. The integrations are vast and the customer support has been helpful with set up.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? Setting up all of the features is time consuming to learn about, but the time invested is worth it. They have tons of videos about set up and will do meetings to walk you through it, if needed.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? I have eliminated a number of separate platforms because I can do it all from Taxdome!

I like the automations the best and mobile app.

Plenty of useful automations & integrations. Having a mobile app is a great feature and helpful for clients to interact with the platform.

Pros: Love the secure client portal and how easy it is to manage documents. Great for storing and sending sensitive information.

Cons: Would like to see more customization options for client portals and a few more integrations with other software I use.

Pros: We loved the ease of setting up clients in the portal and believe it is the best setup experience for our clients.

Cons: I wish there were more AI integrations for email and more APIs for tax organizer customization

What do you dislike about TaxDome? I would like to see more integrations with tax software. For example, if a client provides an SSN in the intake form, it would be great for it to feed into the tax software.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? I primarily use TaxDome for the client intake questions, sharing files securely and organizing workpapers.

When we were looking for a software for our tax firm needs, we had a very specific list of features we were looking for. TaxDome accomplished all of those goals (which is quite a feat), but did so in a simple to use format that is intuitive and streamlined and enjoyable to use.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? More integrations without Zapier would be nice, but as is the software is still very powerful.

While integrating everything has a learning curve, the benefits ultimately outweigh any initial frustrations. TaxDome is a useful platform for tax professionals, with features such as templates, client importation, communication, and invoicing.

Pros: The platform's templates are a great addition that helps me give my clients a more professional look and feel. I also like the fact that I can import my clients in batches and that I can communicate and invoice them directly from TaxDome

Cons: It was overwhelming putting everything together because it has many integrations. It was difficult for me to navigate and I would prefer a simple, more user-friendly interface.

Pros: I like that everything is well thought of. There is a trick to implementing everything, but the templates and the customer service are so incredibly helpful. I was surprised how quickly I could get ahold of someone and how helpful they are. The support team alone is worth the money.

Cons: It is overwhelming putting everything together because there are so many integrations.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? It has potential, but it is totally useless if your clients aren't willing to sign in to the portal. All of the functionality is lost for clients outside of the portal.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't know, but I wish they would solve the problem of allowing signature requests for clients who don't use the portal.

With the pro version, the workflow features are a great tool. Really looking foward to implementing this during tax season.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? The Lite version is very limited. I started with this version, but found that the workflow and client communication features were not available. You have to read the fine print to recognize this.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation and communication. Time is very limited and having workflows that will let you know client status is key. This is my first tax season, but I appreciate automated options.

Pros: The main features that I'm excited about are the client portals, integrations with CPACharge, and e-signatures.

Cons: There was a small learning curve of the terminology used on the software, but the short videos and 1-on-1 are great!

Just starting out, seems to be the best "bang for your buck" in regards to tax and accounting workflow management. Also the pre built templates give you a nice starting point. The email triggers will be a welcome relief!

TaxDome has CRM, workflow and client portal/communication features that will take our firm to the next level, both for our team and our clients. The training resources and support have been very helpful.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? We have not discovered any one particular thing we dislike but we are excited about the continued improvements TaxDome is making to enhance the software. Integrations and fewer keystrokes are always welcome.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? TaxDome brings together key functions that were performed by separate software. We would have needed a seperate CRM, workflow management, client portal and e-signature software.
