Pros: Love the secure client portal and how easy it is to manage documents. Great for storing and sending sensitive information.

Cons: Would like to see more customization options for client portals and a few more integrations with other software I use.

Pros: We loved the ease of setting up clients in the portal and believe it is the best setup experience for our clients.

While integrating everything has a learning curve, the benefits ultimately outweigh any initial frustrations. TaxDome is a useful platform for tax professionals, with features such as templates, client importation, communication, and invoicing.

Pros: The platform's templates are a great addition that helps me give my clients a more professional look and feel. I also like the fact that I can import my clients in batches and that I can communicate and invoice them directly from TaxDome

Cons: It was overwhelming putting everything together because it has many integrations. It was difficult for me to navigate and I would prefer a simple, more user-friendly interface.

Pros: I like that everything is well thought of. There is a trick to implementing everything, but the templates and the customer service are so incredibly helpful. I was surprised how quickly I could get ahold of someone and how helpful they are. The support team alone is worth the money.

Cons: It is overwhelming putting everything together because there are so many integrations.

Pros: The convience of being able to get client to upload documents and get signatures

Pros: The main features that I'm excited about are the client portals, integrations with CPACharge, and e-signatures.

Cons: There was a small learning curve of the terminology used on the software, but the short videos and 1-on-1 are great!

Just starting out, seems to be the best "bang for your buck" in regards to tax and accounting workflow management. Also the pre built templates give you a nice starting point. The email triggers will be a welcome relief!

Pros: I just started my practice about a year ago and started with the Intuit family using Intuit Practice Management (aka Karbon). However, the increased fees this summer led me to explore alternatives. TaxDome does everything that Karbon/IPM does and then some! I've been really pleased with integrations and templates available in TD.

Cons: I think there is room for improvement with the invoicing process/customization. This is a great improvement if you are doing old-school bills, but not up to snuff to invoice capabilities for most online applications.

Pros: Still learning but the portal is good, as is esigs and invoicing.

Cons: It needs better and more intuitive integrations with Drake and QBO.

I haven't used this software for a long time, but it is so much better than my prior software. It keeps me more organized and is saving me money with having many integrations built in.

Pros: The automation and workflow is a life saver! Saves so much time, and is extremely convenient. Another thing, is that I am able to consolidate other apps that I use, like adobe and docusign for example.

Cons: At the moment there isn't anything I would change.

It's been very very good. Great product for the price, for sure.

Pros: We've used Sharefile, SmartVault, and now TaxDome. The integrations with signatures, as well as invoicing has been great. Clients are quite happy with their end of the portal.

Cons: We're still figuring out a lot of the features. We are struggling to get automatic billing to work.

Pros: We are just getting started with the program, but we love the integrations.

Cons: Cost- As the admin, they lock you into a one-year agreement.

I wish I would have known about this product a few years ago. Great for firms just getting started and will save you a ton of time. The application is robust but still kept in an easy-to-use interface. I'm excited about how this will help me improve the quality of services we deliver to our clients. Zapier integration will be interesting once I really start to leverage that.

Pros: 1. The built-in templates are hugely helpful and make it easy to begin rolling out the workflow automation as opposed to having to build everything from scratch. 2. The accounting integrations with Stripe and QuickBooks are perfect! They keep my systems in sync and I save a ton of time from having to do a bunch of manual steps. 3. Customer service/on-boarding was awesome; rep answered all my questions and helped me figure out the Pipelines a lot easier than me having to do it by trial and error. 4. Mapped drive capability is awesome. Another huge time-saver.

Cons: Modifying organizers can sometimes be a bit quirky. Plus, it closes out the window every time you save and you have to open it again - which is a time-waster. Hopefully, they'll improve this over time.

So far it's been great. I really like the product.

Cons: Might be a little clunky to setup the workflows and automations. However, I haven't participated in a training session.

Tax dome has been very easy to implement for basic fucntionality. Our clients are excited and make comments about the ease of use on their side as well.

Pros: The automation and self service it provides to clients allows our firm to scale much faster than we could otherwise.

Cons: There are some third party software integrations we specifically needed. Not a huge issue so far, but the software doesnt yet have a big library of prebuilt API's so we are working thorugh a few specific integrations.

Amazing experience with the different functions. I haven't used the integrations as of yet but will explore them in the near future.

Pros: The easability of the different applications is definitely a plus. I also like the many different features it comes with.

Cons: I tried to send an organizer but it did not email the client. I am still trying to figure that out.

I had a great experience with taxdome so far, and it was the best investment I have made for my tax practice. I am very happy.

Pros: I really enjoy the functionality and smooth use that taxdome offers my clients. The portal and mobile app work very well, and have allowed my firm to go virtual.
