Let me first say how incredibly impressed I am with the Taxdome system- I’ll tell ya, you guys are brilliant developers and in these last couple of weeks with the trial, every single time I get to a point where I think to myself, “yeah, there’s the thing that nobody can do for us”, I find a solution for that very thing in Taxdome. I’ll go so far as to say, it’s difficult to believe that you guys fully realize just what you’ve done here for the tax and accounting industry- developing something larger than yourselves, because this is art. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’ll be subscribing in the next couple of days- I can't wait to fully integrate Taxdome into my processes. P.S. What do you dislike about TaxDome? Absolutely Nothing. This is a seriously brilliant system.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Honestly, Taxdome is helping to solve so many pain points and issues for my firm that I won't try to cover it in this review. It's a total game changer folks- if you are even thinking about scaling your practice or taking it virtual, or even partially online- get this system. It's THE BEST out there - by a long shot. Believe me, I've tried them all.

I have been struggling with customer management, consistency with communication and just overall being organized. I am confident that TaxDome will get me there and help me become more sucessful but working smarter and not harder. Wish I had found this 7 years ago.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? It may take a little bit for me to get it customized and setup to work the way it should and the way I want it to, but I can say that even though I just started using it less than 6 hours ago, I am further along with it than I am with another CRM that I have had for 2 years, amazing that I have my sanitity still. I am a WIP for sure.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization and effective communication is the one thing that has almost made me quick doing taxes and bookkeeping. I used to be a very organized person, but with time and age, it isn't as easy as it was. Now I feel like there might be light at the end of the tunnel and I can see it.

It integrates many different apps like proposals and payment collections, work-management, team-management, and a great client portal app in 1. They also have great support, help videos etc.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? Would be helpful if they invented a way to follow up on actual bank transactions for the most common bookkeeping tasks. i.e. a mix of a google-sheet with an organizer, but in a simple format within tax dome and the app.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a complete suite of products in one, i.e. invoicing clients for accounting services provided to them, and giving them the option to pay very easily over their phones. Having proposals and engagement letters, monthly-work flow management, and basically integrating all items needed to manage a Firm and the Firm's clients' work.

Overall, TaxDome does just about everything I need to run my little business (other than bookkeeping). I look forward to figuring out how to use the functions that elude me, currently. In the meantime, being able to exchange documents, receive payment for invoices, and get client signatures remotely in one place is convenient.

Pros: • Client and firm document storage and sharing. • Invoicing options that include one-time and recurring. - Client can pay invoice by following an email link - Integrated payment processing, including ACH for direct bank draw

Cons: • Very confusing to setup workflow, pipelines, tasks, and jobs • Some features are not linked in places where it would make sense - You cannot add an external/cash payment to invoice by viewing the invoice. The link to do that is located somewhere else • Did I mention that setting up pipelines and workflows, job tracking, tasks etc is very difficult and counter intuitive?

We were able to consolidate 5-6 other software platforms into one, user-friendly, and highly customizable platform. Every team member has access to all the notes, documents, and client information in one place. On top of that, TaxDome is proactively improving and updating their platform based on user feedback. This is so critical in the ever changing tax and bookkeeping world.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? I would love a way to move the data of one field to another field for the entire database. There are times when we shift information or reflect it in a different location. It would be great to have the ability to do it with a few clicks for all clients.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? Cannot set up autopay with contract. I need to be able to do that.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? It should be solving my workflow in my bookkeeping and tax planning business.

Being able to connect all of my automations, and use it as a CRM to my bookkeeping business!

What do you dislike about TaxDome? The website builder isn't the most friendlist builder I've ever used, but it gets the job done.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping me keep track from point A to point Z when I am onboarding a new client.

Taxdome has allowed me to increase my client capacity while also making sure I am giving a good client experience. I recommend it to many of my accounting colleagues and look forward to working with it as they continually upgrade and add tools.

Pros: I love that I can use TaxDome to onboard my clients for bookkeeping and taxes. The organizers are incredibly helpful and versatile in ensuring I have all the information I need. I also really enjoy being able to set up my workflow so that I can see a client's status throughout the month. I've added automation within my workflow (ie send an email reminder, let clients know their reports are ready, etc) and those are huge time savers.

Cons: I would like to see a better proposal system that integrates with pricing (ie they can build their own proposal). I also would like to have the option to pay monthly versus yearly.

I love that TaxDome not only provides the experience of a robust CRM, but also the convenience and functionality to provide top service to accounting and bookkeeping clients. It allows you to simultaneously keep things confidential and efficient.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? What I dislike most about TaxDome is that they delete your account after the free trial is over. My business debit card was lost in the mail so I had to use my personal card to pay on the last day of the trial because I didn't want to lose all of my work.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? TaxDome is solving the problem of efficiency for me. The ability to set up automations such as onboarding and client management so that I can place my clients into a workflow and not need to worry about admin as much so I can focus more on my business.

On a scale of one to ten with ten being the highest. I want to give it a 9 with the reservation once I have it up and fully running it will be a ten. I believe in the product but there is so much to learn I am learning the product so that is why I am currently at level nine.

Pros: I love the fact my emails will sync with my clients so all emails and there sometimes is a lot of them will show on the client page. The ability to take notes on a client.

Cons: The set up videos the presenters go way to fast we had to watch several videos numerous times to try to follow what was happening.

Cons: Doesn't have a specific number to call, I have to use the chat or email

Pros: Tax Dome has the ability to set up systems for each of your specific jobs. For example, Tax Returns, Tax Problem Resolution, Bookkeeping, Payroll, etc. Once your workflow is figured out, automated emails and tasks are sent to the client or the person doing the work.

Cons: There is a learning curve, but so does every other software.

It has tons of feature that are incredibly useful. Makes accounting easy.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? As an accountant, I would like the QBO (quickbooks) integration to be able to map multiple service income accounts. For instance, I keep track of bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and hourly billing all separately. All invoice line items can only be mapped to one service revenue account.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Staying organized and reviewing everything in one place!

We have been using Automations, the folder organization within the portal, locking in the tax file until the client pays, the fact that we can send invoices, signature documents and able to upload documents.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? Nothing yet, we just started using it 2 weeks ago

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Taxdome will save us a lot of time; the fact that it has so many capabilities, really puts us over the edge with the competition. We love the automation of the bookkeeping and payroll workflows as well.

Pretty simple & straightforward for the most part, easy to use. Reasonably priced, good support.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? Still needs added functionality. Needs full connection to QB for integrated bookkeeping review. Need full connection to Zapier/Make for automating out of platform. Need full connection to ProConnect tax from organizers.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization and having all client communications in one location.

Pros: I loved that it encompasses so many of the different types of software into one, even to include a website creation at no extra costs. This streamlines a business and cuts down on costs. I was looking for this since I started my business and glad I gave Tax Dome a chance.

Cons: I don't like the fact that you have to pay for a year subscription up front. I wish there was an option to pay monthly.

I love how secure this software is. I used to pick up tax documents in person, but now I'n glad it saves me so much time since clients can send everything virtually. I love the workflow processes, and again, I love how secure this is.

Pros: I love how easy it is to use this software! I love that it integrates with my current payment processor, Stripe, so no need to create a new account. I also love the built in contracts because now I don't have to spend more money on contracts elsewhere.

Cons: I wish taxdome offered monthly subscriptions instead of annual. I think it would be helpful for those still deciding whether they want to pursue tax or bookkeeping in the long run, with no commitment.

There are a ton of features that make running a tax and bookkeeping office easier. As a one-person shop, automation is life-saving. I can set up workflows for different client types, situations and needs; there's smart logic, so clients aren't asked irrelevant questions, and the white-label client portal gives my little firm a professional look.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? The only downside I've experienced so far is setting up the automation and workflows. There are so many options that it's challenging to figure out what to do and how to do it best. There are many learning resources, which is fantastic; I wish it were easier to get in quickly without needing to learn how to configure the platform. They do have free onboarding calls which are very helpful and the support team is great.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? My firm is small, as in one person, and it is terribly difficult to keep up with all client information, especially during tax time. I love how clients can easily complete questionnaires and intake forms and upload documents as if TaxDome was another file folder on their computer. The client portal app is helpful with documentation as well.

That I have a one-stop shop for my bookkeeping and tax business.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? That there is not a monthly membership option to assist me in the management of my business cash flow.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving me one-stop shop, a CRM and tracking of all of my clients to-do's in a centralized location versus various emails everywhere! I save time and can focus on sales.
