I love it I feel like it’s my tax business. It gives me more time to do other things and back and things and as we all know, time is money.

Pros: What I like most about Tax is the CRM system and also the document management enable to give and store clients documents or they’re able to get instant access to their things without asking me for consistently

Cons: what I like least about Tax it’s not just user-friendly. You have to go to some trainings to figure out the automation or pay someone to do it so you’re not just gonna jump in and have it already set up as soon as you pay the cost so it’s an additional fee to have someone out automated but luckily, I found Carmen from Elite notary to for an affordable price

Pros: As someone who handles their own taxes, TaxDome has been an absolute lifesaver. Having everything organized in one place makes the whole process so much smoother. I can easily upload all my documents, communicate securely with my tax preparer, and track the progress of my returns. The automated reminders ensure I never miss a deadline. TaxDome has simplified the entire tax-filing process for me. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free way to manage their taxes.

Cons: There is definitely a learning curve. I'm still figuring out some of the features. If you have an accounting background, you'll probably find your way around pretty quick. The rest of us would benefit from some simple tutorials.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? so far the experience has been, great, I am a new user so do not have any dislike or suggestions for improvement at the moment. Learning my way around.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? centralizing documents for clients and the firm. as well as the proposal and on-boarding of new clients.

So far, it looks pretty easy to work with and I am impressed with the functionality. Customer support seems very good and the short videos are very helpful. Still working on the implementation. Was able to import my clients on my own with the help of the tutorials! Even better, I was able to easily edit the information when it came over differently than I had thought. Looking forward to working with this system on a daily basis.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? The only thing that I think needs imporvement is the billing.

TaxDome is very simple for our clients to use and understand. We have tried other portals, but they seemed to create more confusion than anything for our clients to upload their documents and view items we submit to them. I also like that it is secure. We have not had any issues in the past two years of using TaxDome with data breaches. The portal is clean and nice looking simple to navigate. The apps for the client and the firm also add convenience when you are on the go. I often as a firm owner find myself using the app to answer questions and do uploads quickly when not in front of my computer.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? TaxDome on the business side for the firm will require a learning curve. We have been using it for two years and still have not accessed to all the portal's features. They do have many videos and support for firm owners to use to get set up.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? The main reason we use TaxDome is because it is a safe and secure way to gather and exchange documents between our firm and our clients that is simple to use and understand for our clients. Tax organizers and questionnaires are not something that our clients enjoy coming into our office to fill out so being able to do that virtually is convenient for our clients.

The price is reasonable for everything you can utilize. The best highlight to me at this time is the ability for clients to sign documents and we can send sensitive information back and forth securely. It does offer a ton of different abilities that will help as my client list increases.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? It's a little overwhelming at the start. I wish you could not show items you are not currently using in the client's screen like billing as I am not ready to implement that and clients might be a little confused

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? I needed a way to have clients load their documents electronically and send to me securely. I also needed a way for clients to sign documents for me electronically. This takes care of both these needs and allows me to be more efficient.

I really like how easy it is to use TaxDome. I have several clients that range on their experience with tech. My clients don't seem to have issues making payments or uploading their documents. Customer service is great. Anytime I need anything I can quickly get a hold of someone.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? I don't have much to say here. I've used different products. TaxDome is by far superior than the products I've used in the past.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? I really like that that text him continues to evolve and improve their products. I was very excited to see the ability to request transcripts from the application.

TaxDome seemlessly integrates and organizes all needed features as a practioner into one application. Keeping track of jobs, sending documents for signature and collecting payments all from one portal makes everything easier for myself and my clients.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? So far no major downsides. TaxDome is continually improveing the platform based on user's most requested needs.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the headache of having multiple platforms to better serve clients. By having everything a practice needs in a simple to use program, it enables practioners like myself the ability to perform my job more effienctly which leads to a better customer experience.

We can assign multiple tasks, send chats and even sign our documents all in one place!

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Tax Dome is solving an array of issues we've experienced. Ease of work flow, client communication, task flow, e-sign (KSA approvved)

One of the biggest things that attracted me to this software is the email orginization and the ability to see all emails from a client. I've had team members constantly ask me whether a client has responded to an email, and now they can check for themselves. The client portal was one of the biggest reasons we found TaxDome, but the many features inside is what kept us here.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? The Pipelines / Jobs are a little confusing, and it definitley a learning curve, but with the support they have, I'm sure we will get there.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication with clients is going to be a huge one as there are some team members who work on the same client, so having a place where we can go into the client's profile and everything is there, is amazing. The other features that will be a huge benefit is not having to go to multiple places looking for documents, or emails from a client.

It has a fully customizable online organizer. It also has CRM, invoice, engagement, and e-sign. etc.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? Not perfect, I wish the client does not have to create an account and login in order to fill the orgaznier. Invoice system still needs to be worked on.

Tax Dome has many features that allow users to automate their business if desired while also having the simplicity to make setup hassle-free. It creates value by reducing the time needed to organize, allowing users to be more productive.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? One thing I did not enjoy about Tax Dome was the inability for clients to tag their uploaded documents. For instance, if a client uploads a W-2, they do not have the ability to mark it as a W-2, which would make things easier to find.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? The main problem I had prior to Tax Dome was a large client base without a proper way to organize them. With Tax Dome, I can view a list of every client, their current status, and who is working on what.

They continue to find ways to improve functionality it is becoming a one stop shop for practice management.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? I wish there was a number to call into support.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to combine PDF's send engagement letters, hav clients upload documents, and so much more. It allows me to automate my email and sign up processes which cuts down on time spent doing those things.

I love the integrated features with Quickbooks and now Zapier which is a new system that we are currently integrating. My clients often remark on how user friendly the software is and how accessible the portal is for users. I particularly like the messaging feature within the system as this helps keep ontop of any secure documents the client has sent.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? Currently I have not experienced any downsides to using the system. A nice to have will be the AML integration going forward however it is not a need to have currently.

TaxDome is an amazing software that solves multiple problems within our tax firm. Once you do a deep dive into the TaxDome world and set up your pipelines and automation with a number of features that ease the implementation of providing excellent customer support to our tax clients. Frequency of Use is continuous and we will never prepare another tax season without Taxdome. They gave our company and clients peace of mind and professionalism that was a had huge impact in our company's growth.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? The only downfall is not being able to differentiate each employee without purchasing a new user name.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you? TaxDome Solved Many Business problems by offering: Secure storage and easy upload of documentation. Organizing the returns, so we can visually see the position they stand in real time. Being able to charge ACH and Credit Card Transactions. Consistent communication between the client and the preparer. Uniforming the standard procedures that are required of each return before it is filed. Allowing the client to esign and have access to their account and documents.

I love that this platform allows for me to check in on the status of my company in one place. Having the ability to run my firm using one platform allows us to spend less time on administration issues and frees us up to do more of what we love, working with our clients.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? The e-signature platform is less than desirable. I wish that it had the capability/allowed for us to send people e-signature documents without having to log into the program, similar to DropBox Sign, PandaDoc or Docusign.

What do you dislike about TaxDome? It is not possible to integrate 2 different taxes on the invoice (anything calculate with a %) Not connecting with Sage for accountants There is no way to have the client adress on invoices
