With this update, your clients no longer have to type this kind of information each time; the pre-fill function will look at prior answers and roll them forward, saving hours of data entry time, leading to a superior client experience.

Joe Cass is a practitioner of more than 30 years with a high-volume practice of over 1,000 clients. Prior to November, Joe was leveraging TaxDome for only the client portal, signature, and document exchange -- he was not yet using automations. After just three sessions with the TaxDome team, Joe has a fully functioning, automated pipeline with custom communications to clients every step of the way.

What does your workday look like? With the new Calendar in TaxDome, you can see task and job due dates visualized in a handy timeline format. Manage your day, workload and due dates within one workspace!

Your clients may choose to sign the hard copy of the prepared forms in your office. Previously, in such cases, the e-version of the document stayed labeled as ‘Pending Signature’, confusing you and your clients and disrupting your automated workflow.

You can now schedule Jobs to recur at whatever frequency you want: on the 25th of every 4 months, bi-monthly, every Tuesday, the last day of each month and many more.

Robust TaxDome automations now allow you to keep context inside Jobs through different client lifecycles. We’re introducing the ability to move Jobs between pipelines that serve this exact purpose.

Not too long ago we introduced conditional automations. This powerful feature allows you to run different automations for different types of clients within one pipeline based on account tags. For example, you can send different email templates to new and returning clients. 

Are you a night owl? Many of us are, too - but we may not want our clients to know that. Today we’re happy to introduce the ability to schedule emails in TaxDome.

We are super excited to announce the TaxDome Partner Program! As a part of our Partner Program, accountants, consultants, agencies, content publishers, educators, influencers, and general marketers will be able to participate and earn a commission.

We are psyched to announce the TaxDome + Zapier integration.You can now connect TaxDome to various other apps you use, such as Google Sheets or Mailchimp.
