Is it secure to share files within TaxDome?

Absolutely. Your data is stored in Amazon AWS and is backed up daily. The physical location of your data is determined by your firm’s location. For example, U.S. firm data is stored in the U.S, and Canadian firm data is stored in Canada.
Is there a way to securely exchange info with clients who do not want to log in?

Yes — you can send a link to clients to upload files without having to log in.
When a client sends a message, how will I know?
