Are the messages that I send to clients secure?

Yes, messages you exchange with your clients in the TaxDome portal are secure. Additionally, your clients can securely chat with you on the go using the TaxDome app on their mobile devices. The mobile apps are available for both iOS and Android.

Is it secure to share files in TaxDome?

Absolutely. Your data is stored in Amazon AWS and is backed up daily. The physical location of your data is determined by your firm’s location. For example, the data for US firms is stored in the US, and AU firm data is stored in Australia.

Is there a way to securely exchange information with clients who do not want to log in?

Yes, you can send a link to clients to upload files without having to log in.
