Is it secure to share files in TaxDome?

Absolutely. Your data is stored in Amazon AWS and is backed up daily. The physical location of your data is determined by your firm’s location — for example, data for U.S. firms is stored in the U.S., and data for Canadian firms is stored in Canada.

Can I securely exchange information with clients who don’t want to log in?

Yes, you can send a link to clients to upload files without having to log in.

How will I know when a client sends a message?

You will receive notifications in your Inbox+ and your email inbox. You can customize which notifications you receive and where by adjusting your notification preferences.
