Position overview:
As the Director of Content Strategy and Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with TaxDome’s brand, business goals, and growing target audience. You will lead a team of content creators and work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, education, and product teams to create compelling content that drives engagement, generates leads, and establishes TaxDome as a thought leader in the practice management industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Content strategy development: create and execute a content strategy and content calendar that supports TaxDome’s business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Team leadership: lead, mentor, and manage the content team of 6, including writers and editors, to produce high-quality content across various channels.
- Content creation: oversee the creation of diverse content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
- SEO and analytics: implement SEO best practices to formalize measurement strategy, and improve content visibility, and performance. Use analytics tools to track content performance, gather insights, and optimize strategies.
- Team collaboration: work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, education, and product teams to align content with company goals and market needs. Coordinate with external partners (PR, advertising,etc.), including influencers and industry experts, to enhance content reach.
- Brand voice and messaging: ensure all content adheres to TaxDome’s brand voice and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all channels.
- Innovation: stay up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve content strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in content creation and strategy, with at least 3 years in a managing role.
Skills: exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in SEO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience in design tools is also a plus. - Industry or SaaS knowledge: experience in the SaaS or practice management industry is a plus.
- Leadership: proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creativity: strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
- Innovation: demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry trends, leading content marketing practices, and cutting-edge technologies. Experience with AI tools and the ability to optimize processes within the content team using AI is essential.
- Education: bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Work format: full-time, EST, independent contractor, min. 6 months
Compensation: $80,000 – $130,000 base salary depending on experience.

Customer Success Representative, Japan
Requirements:
- Email/tickets processing, testing, and troubleshooting according to provided documentation and training;
- Dispatching tickets to various functional customers teams;
- Ongoing learning and staying up-to-date on all relevant products and technologies;
- Providing phone support, Zoom 1:1 meetings for end customers;
- Proactively identify issues that may affect customers and escalate them for resolution.
Our expectations:
- Native or native-level Japanese (with minimum business-level English for internal communication), based in Japan
- Experience in a Customer Service environment or an international business setting
- Experience in the SaaS industry, SaaS sales experience is a plus!

Marketing Development Representative
As an MDR, you will be responsible for managing a batch of leads generated from marketing, web, chat, and any inbound campaigns set by the Sales and Marketing teams. Your job is to clearly communicate with prospects, listen to their needs, and determine if they’re a good fit to move forward in the sales process.
You will work closely with the multi-faceted Sales and Marketing team to identify key targets, maintain an up-to-date pipeline, and drive qualified leads as part of our sales organization. We are looking for a motivated, positive, and metrics-minded individual.
What you will do:
- Maintain effective time management skills to manage pipeline and drive a high volume of leads to senior sales teams
- Partner with the Sales team to achieve mutually aligned sales goals each month
- Own and accurately qualify leads via phone, email, and other channels by building a relationship with key decision-makers and identifying their needs
- Properly document all customer interactions in the CRM and other reporting tools.
- Overcome objectives and effectively communicate the value of TaxDome’s products and services.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will develop our marketing strategy and launch new features.
You will be responsible for:

Technical Writer
TaxDome is a product team with a strong engineering culture. We’ve built a SaaS platform, an all-in-one tool that helps our clients around the world develop their businesses.
We’re looking for a talented Technical Writer to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities
- Writing User documentation in plain English.
- Understanding the product with a large number of features, and communicating with developers and salespeople if something is unclear about a feature. We don’t welcome micromanagement but encourage initiative and autonomy.
- Adapt your writing to the existing style guide, and understand that it is always better to make a copy/paste of existing articles rather than reinvent the wheel for each new one.
- Be prepared to critically analyze outdated articles and update them promptly.
- Be prepared for other writing-related tasks, e.g., reviewing video scripts in terms of technical expertise, updating educational courses, etc.
Our expectations
- English level B2+
- Experience writing articles, or experience writing technical documentation, and user documentation for at least two years. Understanding how writing documentation is different from copywriting.
- Writing user-friendly educational courses that match the existing ones. Understanding how writing educational courses is different from writing documentation.
- Systematic thinking. The ability to break down complicated topics and explain them as briefly as possible in simple words.
- The ability to look at a product from a user’s point of view, an undying desire to understand and test how a feature works before handing out a doc.
- A love of bulleted lists, subheadings, neat screenshots with circles and arrows, and most importantly, the people for whom you are creating content.

Requirements:
- Develop marketing and branding strategies
