For engineering positions, this is what you can expect:

• Technology stack: Ruby on Rails (6+), PostgreSQL, React, React Query, TypeScript, Vite.js, CSS Modules on the frontend, Docker, AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, configured CI/CD on Jenkins,  BitBucket.
• Solid technical expertise within the team. Our highly talented and committed developers value growth as they learn from each other, creating a culture of collaboration and inspiration.
• Flexible hours. We don’t enforce fixed working hours or mandatory online presence. Everyone is free to work when they want as long as it’s productive for the team and the product. We take the best elements of remote teams and combine them with a support structure that encourages innovation, social interaction and fun.
• Team retreats. Twice a year, we bring the whole team together for a week-long collaboration session at an exotic (think warm) location. Plane tickets, hotel stay and recreational activities are covered by the company.
• Work-related expense reimbursement. If you need a better laptop or paid software, these are eligible for reimbursement.
• Continuing Education. Industry events and courses are encouraged and reimbursed. We give you plenty of room to learn, get stuff done and cultivate your dream projects. Sometimes, it’s nice to have some space for personal growth, isn’t it?
