1. Terms and Conditions
The TaxDome Referral Program («Program») offered by TaxDome, Llc («TaxDome», ‘’we’’, ‘’our’’) has been created to reward new referred ("Referred’’) for buying a TaxDome license as defined by the TaxDome Partner program.
2. How the Program Works
Qualified Referrals. A Qualified Referral occurs when:
- The Referrer shares a TaxDome Partner URL through e.g. email, Facebook, or any other communication means with a person, the Referred;
- The Referred then buys a TaxDome license when they arrive at the TaxDome website by opening the TaxDome Partner URL shared by the Referrer in a web browser.
Referral Reward. For Firm Owners, introduce TaxDome to your peers, and receive 2 TaxDome user-months added to your license. Note that we add 2 months of the TaxDome subscription, notwithstanding the sum of TaxDome licenses acquired. E.g., If you have two annual subscriptions, 1 month is added to each. The Referred customer will receive 1 month of free TaxDome license. For every 10 successful referrals, Firm Owner receives an Amazon gift card in the amount of $1,000, in addition to the user-months listed above.
For firm employees, introduce TaxDome to your peers, and receive a $100 Amazon gift card for each successful referral.
Eligibility. To be eligible for participation in the Program, both the Referrer and the Referred must be at least 18 years of age. TaxDome reserves the right to find ineligible any Participant in the Program at its sole discretion.
Conduct. Participants in the Program must comply with the TaxDome spam guidelines. Any distribution of your referral Partner URL that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or «spam» under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from TaxDome’s Referral Program. TaxDome reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any Referred from participating in any aspect of the Program if TaxDome deems or suspects that such Referred has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following:
