TaxDome made the 2026 Inc. 5000 at #714, in the top 1,000 fastest-growing US companies

With tens of thousands of tax, bookkeeping, and accounting professionals choosing to trust TaxDome to help their firm scale, TaxDome has been growing rapidly over the past few years. Now Inc., the leading tech and business publication, has taken notice.

TaxDome has made the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual ranking of America’s fastest-growing private companies. We came in at #714, which puts us in the top 1,000 out of tens of thousands.

It’s our first time on the list. We’re proud of it. But a ranking only means something if it points to something real, so here’s the part that truly matters for the firms who trust us.

Table of сontents

  1. What the ranking actually measures
  2. The company this list tends to keep
  3. How we got here
  4. A firm that knows this list from the inside
  5. What this means for your firm

What the ranking actually measures

The Inc. 5000 ranks on one thing: three-year revenue growth, verified. Not funding, not headcount, not marketing spend. For a firm owner trying to tell whether a software company is stable enough to run their practice on, that makes it worth paying attention to, because revenue growth over three years is hard to fake.

TaxDome is bootstrapped. We’ve never taken venture funding, so every dollar of that growth came from firms choosing the our platform, trusting us, staying with us, and expanding their use as they grow.

When a bootstrapped company grows fast enough to reach the top 1,000, the customers are real and they’re sticking around. That’s the part worth knowing before you commit to a platform.

The company this list tends to keep

Inc. has been running this ranking, in one form or another, since 1982. It has a habit of catching companies early, before most people have heard of them.

Intuit appeared on Inc.’s lists long before QuickBooks and TurboTax were in every accountant’s toolkit. So did Microsoft and Oracle, years before they became names you’d recognize instantly.

What matters here is what the list is good at: spotting fast-growing companies before the rest of the market notices. That’s the group TaxDome has joined.

How we got here

TaxDome started in 2017. Two brothers, Victor and Ilya Radzinsky, looked at what accountants were dealing with every day and believed there had to be a better way.

“We’re building for the teams that want to grow their businesses, invest in people, and offer deeper, more strategic services.”
— Victor and Ilya Radzinsky | Co-founders | TaxDome

The early users were mostly solo practitioners. One person, running a whole practice, who needed a way to keep client work from slipping through the cracks. That’s who the first version of TaxDome was built for.

What happened next is the growth the Inc. 5000 measures. Firms signed up, then grew on the platform, and the platform grew to match them.

Today TaxDome runs practices with 100+ staff, in firms handling tax, bookkeeping, and advisory work at a scale. More than 15,000 firms now use the platform, serving over 6 million of their clients across more than 40 countries.

The usage numbers tell the story better than we can.

In a single year (2025), jobs completed on TaxDome went from 1.2 million to 2.6 million. Payments processed climbed from $500 million to $900 million. Accounting clients using the platform grew from 3 million to 4.5 million. Those numbers only move when firms and their clients use the platform every day and do more with it over time.

That’s the difference between a company that sells software and a company that grows with the people who use it.

A firm that knows this list from the inside

Foundation Group knows what it takes to make the Inc. 5000. They did it twice, in 2023 and 2024, on the strength of their own growth.

In early 2024, already growing fast, they moved their practice onto TaxDome

When a firm growing at that pace chooses a practice management platform, they need one that can keep up and meet the demands of a high-growth company. Here’s how Chris Farris of Foundation Group put it:

“We had reached a growth crossroads. We were growing quickly and had achieved the Inc. 5000 list two years in a row. We realized that to continue to grow the right way, we would need better tools to support our clients and our staff. We ultimately landed on TaxDome. It provided the interface design and performance we desired for our clients. It also provided much better insight for our team into what our clients needed and helped them produce the promised service delivery at a much higher pace.”
— Chris Farris | EVP, PMO and Special Projects | Foundation Group | 95 staff

What this means for your firm

You’ll switch practice management platforms when you’re sure the one you move to is the last move you’ll have to make. TaxDome firms grow with our platform, whether the goal is to scale from one to 100+ staff or from $100k revenue to $5M+, TaxDome is the practice management platform you want with you the entire journey.

The Inc. 5000 doesn’t prove TaxDome is right for your firm. Your own evaluation does that.

But it does answer one question worth answering before you commit: is this company growing, stable, and going to be here as your firm scales?

At #714 on the list, bootstrapped, and growing because firms choose us year after year, TaxDome is the clear choice for growing firms of all sizes.

Is your firm scaling or just getting harder to run?

Many growing accounting firms don’t realize they’ve outgrown their systems until inefficiencies start eroding margins and growth becomes harder to manage. We analyzed 20 high-performing firms representing $100M+ in revenue to uncover how they reduce operational drag and scale without chaos. If your firm has 5+ employees and feels increasingly complex to run, this is your playbook.
