In 2025, our Customer Success Team focused on strengthening the day-to-day support experience for firms of all sizes. As demand increased and firms accelerated their use of TaxDome, our goal was to ensure that every support interaction felt reliable, timely, and genuinely helpful. These improvements didn’t just reduce response times; they made it easier for firms to keep work moving without interruption.

Key results from the year include:

  • 25% faster first-response times, supported by new workflows, improved routing, and operational efficiencies
  • Average response times under one hour, even during peak tax season
  • 30% growth across Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding teams, allowing us to scale service quality as more firms adopted the platform

These investments strengthened the entire support foundation and created a smoother transition for firms entering onboarding, where getting set up quickly and confidently is crucial to long-term success.

As more firms adopted TaxDome in 2025, our Onboarding Team focused on helping them get up and running quickly with a clear path to value. The goal was simple: make the first weeks on the platform as seamless and productive as possible. Through new playbooks, refined workflows, and more intentional touchpoints, firms received the hands-on guidance they needed to launch confidently.

Performance highlights include:

  • 98.6% onboarding CSAT, one of the highest satisfaction rates in our industry
  • 40% faster onboarding launch times, made possible by new playbooks and improved workflow guidance
  • Streamlined transitions from Sales → Onboarding → CSAM, reducing friction and ensuring every firm has the right support at every stage

These improvements helped firms establish strong foundations inside TaxDome from day one, creating momentum that continued as they engaged with our education programs and growing community.

Highlighted in our Annual Report, the TaxDome Community has become one of the most active and collaborative spaces in the profession. In fact, it’s the largest active private community for tax, bookkeeping, and accounting professionals to share best practices, troubleshoot together, and influence technological advances in practice management software.

What started as a support channel has grown into a powerful network that helps firms learn from one another and build stronger workflows.

This focus on collective learning extended across our educational programs as well. In 2025, we supported thousands of users through training designed to build confidence and mastery inside TaxDome:

  • Our redesigned Help Center made learning more intuitive with clearer navigation, faster search, and an expanded library of best practices.

As our support teams continued to scale in 2025, we wanted firms to have complete visibility into how we perform. Trust is built through consistency, but it grows even stronger when performance is easy to see. That’s why we introduced a real-time support performance page on our website.

Our public dashboard shows real-time metrics for the last 7 days and 3 months, including:

  • Live chat first-response time
  • Email first-response time
  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • The percentage of cases resolved by the first response

The metrics are updated regularly, so firms always know what to expect when they reach out. It’s a level of transparency that reflects how seriously we take our responsibility to support the tens-of-thousands of accounting professionals who rely on TaxDome to keep their firm running smoothly.
