Edit or Delete Another Team Member’s Signature

Team members with the same access rights can edit and delete signatures of each other before sending documents to a client.
It comes in handy when the other team member is on leave or doesn’t work in your firm anymore but the document you are editing includes their signature.
To edit signatures in documents that you already sent to your clients, you have to cancel the request.
