We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to lead the development and quality assurance of our educational content. Online Events Producer (Customer Education and Product Adoption)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Events Producer to lead the development and execution of online events aimed at educating our customers and driving product adoption. Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in content creation and strategy, with at least 3 years in a managing role.

Experience in design tools is also a plus. - Industry or SaaS knowledge: experience in the SaaS or practice management industry is a plus.

Marketing Development Representative
As an MDR, you will be responsible for managing a batch of leads generated from marketing, web, chat, and any inbound campaigns set by the Sales and Marketing teams. Your job is to clearly communicate with prospects, listen to their needs, and determine if they’re a good fit to move forward in the sales process.
You will work closely with the multi-faceted Sales and Marketing team to identify key targets, maintain an up-to-date pipeline, and drive qualified leads as part of our sales organization. We are looking for a motivated, positive, and metrics-minded individual.

Join a dynamic company as we are seeking out experienced MDR’s to drive lead generation activities for our sales teams. Responsibilities focus on uncovering a portfolio of leads and qualifying new business opportunities to assist in selling our all-in-one Practice Management software. You will be the foundation of our biggest future deals!
As an MDR, you will be responsible for managing a batch of leads generated from marketing, web, chat, and any inbound campaigns set by the Sales and Marketing teams. Your job is to clearly communicate with prospects, listen to their needs and determine if they’re a good fit to move forward in the sales process.
You will work closely with the multi-faceted Sales and Marketing team to identify key targets, maintain an up to date pipeline, and drive qualified leads as part of our sales organization. We are looking for an individual that is motivated, positive, and metrics minded.
What you will do:
- Maintain effective time management skills to manage pipeline and drive a high volume of leads to senior sales teams
- Partner with the Sales team to achieve mutually aligned sales goals each month
- Own and accurately qualify leads via phone, email, and other channels by building a relationship with key decision makers and identifying their needs
- Properly document all customer interactions in the CRM and other reporting tools.
- Overcome objectives and effectively communicate the value of TaxDome’s products and services.
- Create strong relationships with the TaxDome Sales and Customer Success Manager (CSM) teams to assist in overall lead generation.
- Prioritize workload in order to meet all KPI’s, goals, and objectives
What you have or know:
- Strong desire to be in technology space and pursue a career in sales, account development, or product management
- 1+ years of sales experience or sales development activities
- Experience in Sales CRM required
- Experience in the Accounting Industry is a plus
- Prior inside sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships quickly, both internally and externally with prospects
- Self-starter with enthusiasm for problem solving
- A passion for using technology to create more effective business environments
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

As the Team Lead for Marketing Development Representatives at TaxDome, you will have a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing MDR team. Key responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing development representatives team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Strategic Marketing Development: Develop and execute strategic marketing development plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, including identifying target markets and refining lead generation processes.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven success in marketing development or a related role, with experience in lead generation techniques and marketing strategies.

- Dispatching tickets to various functional customers teams;

What you will do
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Onboarding, the Customer Onboarding Specialist will support both new customers and existing customers implement and adopt TaxDome Software. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services. TaxDome prioritizes delivering an amazing customer experience and this is the first step in the process.
The ideal candidate is high energy, experienced with web-based technologies, passionate about helping customers, and excels communication via phone and email. Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate those concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise. A collaborative approach is key as this role is expected to contribute ideas and initiate tactical improvements to the overall onboarding process.
In this role, you will need to:
- Become a TaxDome Product Expert
- Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist many new customers with implementation
– Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholders
– Educate customers on TaxDome capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations
– Record customer implementation needs, requests, and questions and communicate to key TaxDome leadership - Ensure customers receive superior service
- Collaborate with the sales, customer success, operations, and customer care teams
- Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business and operational objectives
- Listen carefully to information provided by customers and ask clarifying questions to ensure proper use of TaxDome
- Establish strong relationships with new customer stakeholders and deepen relationships with existing customer stakeholders
You should have:
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Onboarding and/or services function and implementing SaaS solutions.
- Project Management Skills
- Track record of proactively resolving escalated client service issues while sharing insights with the organization.
- Experience establishing and growing relationships with all levels within enterprise organizations from Director to C-Suite.
- Ability to improve team processes and direction.
- Work closely with the Global CS team to solve problems collaboratively.
