Great Program My overall experience with TaxDome was very good. If I wasn’t merging in with a larger firm I would absolutely continue to use it and would highly recommend to anybody that is looking for a firm management software. Customer service is quick to respond and they are constantly making improvements.

Pros: The program is easy to use once you have it setup the way you want it. There are tons of features to make it scalable for almost any size practice. Time tracking, invoicing, cloud storage and more all in one place. It really does make running a practice easier.

Cons: The only negative for me is the amount of time it takes to get it setup the way you want it. Once you do, it’s smooth sailing from there.

Fascinated with my new tool, Tax Dome. An incredible experience, it has been very good from adapting to the system to starting to use it with my clients. It is a very easy platform to use.

Pros: The thing I like most about TaxDome are the automations that help us be 100% more productive and that I also have everything on the same platform.

Cons: I would like the system to have better editable options on invoices, as well as add an option for business-to-business income tax withholdings.

Best Firm Management & Client Portal Software The TaxDome has improved my client interaction, as well as my efficiencies within the practice. I would highly recommend TaxDome for firm management & automation.

Pros: Really like the ability to automate my workflows thru jobs and tasks.

Cons: Initially it was a bit daunting, but after taking the time to understand how each of the elements interact with each other, it was much clearer how I could use this software to improve my bottom line.

TaxDome is a life saver!

Pros: Pipelines streamline all the work we do, making our processes much more efficient, while also enhancing the customer experience by ensuring everything runs smoothly and seamlessly.

Cons: Getting pipelines and automation set up in TaxDome can definitely feel confusing at first, especially with all the moving parts, but once you have everything in place, the efficiency and time savings make it absolutely worth the effort!

Pros: The automatic notifications/emails that we can set for the clients to receive. For example – an email stating that their returns have been filed and accepted that’s sent when I change the clients status in our pipeline.

Cons: the interconnectivity between tasks/jobs/pipelines. I feel like this could all be one or tasks and jobs are not needed as much if the pipeline is set up correctly.
