How do I set up the integration with Companies House?

To connect to Companies House, go to Settings, Integrations, the Companies House tab, and then click Connect. You can then choose which Companies House account fields you want to synchronise. Before proceeding, please ensure the following:

1. Add a custom field to your accounts to store Companies House company numbers

2. Configure how the accounts’ custom fields will match the data fetched from Companies House

Once you start the synchronisation process, all information from Companies House will be added to the mapped custom fields in the TaxDome client account.

Can I add company information in bulk?

Yes, you can. If you need to retrieve CRM data for your client accounts from Companies House in bulk, select multiple accounts at once and click Sync with Companies House.
