Differences Between Contacts & Accounts in TaxDome

In TaxDome, clients are separated by Accounts and Contacts.
Accounts are the entities that you interact with, be it a business or an individual, or even a family. For example, Acme Corp hired you to do payroll for them.
Contacts are all the people you interact with, like a phone book. For example, you prepare form 8879 for a married couple – George and Nancy Smith – these are two contacts.
The Account-Contact system gives you flexibility in how you interact with clients: You might be doing form 8879 for George Smith, who is also the CEO of Acme Corp. Same contact person, different projects you get paid for.
