Refund Policy

TaxDome does not provide refunds or credits with respect to the service or any subscription plan, including for any partially-used subscription terms, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

There is an upgrade refund, if you already have been using the TaxDome Lite pricing plan for some time. In this case, for using the TaxDome Pro plan, you will pay only the difference and only for the months remaining. Should you have any questions, please contact us at help@taxdome.com.
