Client-facing job statuses are hidden by default when a job is added to a pipeline. You can save time by using job templates to automatically assign a client-facing job status once the job is created.

Note that if you also set the
Update client-facing job status automation for the first stage of the pipeline, the template settings will be applied, and then you will be asked if you want to apply the automation.
