How do I import my client list to TaxDome?

TaxDome enables you to conveniently import your client data into the system — by uploading a CSV file. Also, we can totally help you! If your CSV file ends up with multiple contacts per row and you don’t know how to fix it, let us know. Our support team is happy to help – here’s how you can get assistance.

Can my externally contracted bookkeeper be notified whenever my client uploads the needed documents?

Yes, you can add that contractor as your employee in TaxDome, then tick a follow/unfollow checkbox, and they will be kept in the loop.
