Do you sometimes need to keep a client from making changes to a document? For instance, you’re working on a file and don’t want the client to accidentally delete or move it. You could place it in a top-level folder with a Client can view access level (find out how)—this way, they would be able to see or download the document but not do anything else to it.
Another option is to seal it. This leaves the document in its location, but the client cannot delete, edit, or move it to another folder.
