KBA (Basic): View History/Audit Trail

Each KBA attempt costs $1 per signer. You can easily control how your KBA balance changes with the audit trail.

The log shows you the entire history of when someone:

• Adds funds to your firm balance for KBA
• Requests KBA (either successfully or not)

To view the history of your transactions, go to
Settings, select the Firm Balance tab, then click Audit Trail far to the right.
