No, training is 100 percent free. We provide unlimited support on the phone or by chat. Once you sign up for the trial, you’ll receive a message from our team to schedule your one-on-one implementation session with screen sharing.

What is the estimated time frame for setting up TaxDome from start to finish?

You can import your clients within minutes. During your first implementation session, you will learn how to import clients and documents as well as create templates to automate your work.

Is TaxDome for managing the office and facilitating internal and external communication but not preparing tax returns?

Correct, TaxDome does not prepare your tax returns. You would TaxDome to speed up your workflows, communicate with team members and clients, and provide an outstanding user experience for your clients.

What is included into your trial?

All features are available during the trial except for Zapier integrations. Paying clients also have access to our feature-request board and the TaxDome community and can influence what features are developed faster.

If a feature is crucial to me, is that something you would ever design?
