How do I know if I have a client account?

You have an account if you received an email invitation from your provider and activated it by setting a password. If you haven’t completed these steps, please contact your provider for a new invitation.

Can I access multiple entities or businesses with one login?

Can I sign documents electronically through the client portal?

Of course! When your provider sends you a document for signing, you’ll receive a notification and can sign directly in the portal or via the emailed link.

Can I use the mobile app to make payments online?
